Page does not load correctly

I've noticed that the page https://www.nationalgeographic.com doesn' t load correctly. This doesn' t happen in Firefox or Edge.

I'm noticing the same thing.

So I go over to NoScript to disable it temporarily.

No less than 25 scripts, many from sites I never heard of. Not messing with it.

Maybe the new update fixed it somehow? I tried the other day and it did not work but just tried and it worked fine. I upgraded and came to the forum to see what new posts might be around in case this latest update created issues but it seems perhaps it fixed at least this one (for me).

Sorry buddy, other than the most recent update I cannot think of any other changes I made that can be of help, maybe next update will sort your issues.

As I said this doesn't happen in Firefox or Edge. I'm writing this because Slimjet has been my default for many years.

It is very frustrating, to say the least. While I have not used SJ for many years it has been well over a year, maybe two and I like it just slightly more than a few others which is why I prefer to use it even with the couple issues I have currently that persist through many upgrades (sadly).

I have an issue with the List of tabs button and using the screenshot tool currently, maybe we will both get lucky and sometime soon an update will resolve these things. Other than the normal try Incognito or disable ad blockers and such I guess I am of no use with resolving your current issue.

Incognito. Hardly ever use it so didn't think of it.

Just tried incognito + disable ad blocker and it seems to do the trick.



Be advised. Awful lot of snooping going on there.

Maybe not ideal but at least it works and now you can troubleshoot why perhaps. Glad you got a bit further, hope the good fortune holds out and you figure it all out now.
