Roboform Extension gets corrupted on every closure

I use portable version of Slimjet64. I have Roboform installed as unpacked extension, it works as intended on my Desktop and on one of the laptops. On one laptop the extension has to be manually loaded on each restart of the browser. Unable to figure out why it does not work properly on just one laptop. All browser instances are synced to the same account.

I end up dragging an icon from Roboform Options >Browser integration page to Extension page of Slimjet on each restart of Slimjet or the extension does not load/work. I see the following error message:

I don't know if this will do anything useful.
Uninstall the extension.
Then, Click the menu Gear icon, go to More Tools, click Extensions.
Then, in the upper right of the extension management window, slide the button slider to turn on developer mode.
Then reinstall the extension.
Then do what you do to reproduce this problem.
After your done fiddling around I would go back and turn Developer mode off.
