When I click the Reload/Refresh button the web page doesn't reload.
To get the new web page I have to clear the browser's history first, which is a bit frustrating.
Chrome and Firefox do reload the page after clicking Reload/Refresh.
Is this a bug or have I missed a setting somewhere?

Re: Reload this page button doesn't work
I don't remember having seen this reported before. I am curious to know if anyone else is having similar.
I'm having issues with my mouse left click but it is not isolated to the refresh icon, nor just Slimjet. So at this point I cannot join your issue.
You can eliminate the possibility of extension conflict by reproducing the issue while in incognito mode. If the issue goes away while running incognito then the problem is with an extension, if the issue remains while incognito, then I'd try another mouse to eliminate hardware being the cause.

Also, try clearing your browsing data for 'All time'. If button still doesn't work, right click on page, then click 'Reload'. Still no luck, hold shift key down on keyboard & click Reload button (or Shift & F5). No problem here, but hope that works for ya.

Re: Reload this page button doesn't work
Thanks for the replies.
I used the incognito mode and the reload worked, no problem - I closed the instance.
When I then clicked the Reload button on the 'normal' instance of Slimjet it also worked.
So I'm confused now.
If I can work out what's going on or the reload stops working again I'll reply.
Thanks again.
BTW When I was testing I did clear the history "All Time" and of course the reload then loads the page correctly.

Just as well then cause there seems to be conflicting info about shift + F5. If you need it, check this:

Re: Reload this page button doesn't work
Thanks sleeper10, I'm even more confused now!
In other browsers I've used I thought that the Reload/Refresh button implied reload the page from the server thereby ignoring cache.
But the following was new to me:
"While I do understand your question, I've tried replicating the two Chrome windows shortcuts that you've mentioned. However, the Chrome shortcuts 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Shift + F5' doesn't reload the Chrome page anymore.
The only options that work for reloading the page are Ctrl + r (Which reload the current page) and Ctrl + shift + r (Which reloads the current page, ignoring cached content)."
I shall do some experimenting.

Yeah, hard to know if that info is current or not. Anyway, if things work for you now, you might just want to leave well enough alone.
