I have added extensions twice to slimjet and created account but everyt ime I restart SJ those settings and extensions are gone, any idea why ?

Check your preferences. It is possible you have told the sync not to sync some choices one being extensions.
Settings > Sign In > Advanced sync settings
Settings > Sign In > Advanced sync settings
