How to download PDF right away rather than preview

How to download PDF right away once clicked instead of getting redirected it to another previewing webpage, which ever found once this option in 'original' Chrome browser... Thanks !

I'm not sure this is what your asking for but

Right click:Download link.....

this gives you the dialog window for where to download
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.
