Starting with some 11.x.x version of Slimjet, the broswser can not access encrypted web sites (https), from one version to another. A red x appears in the address bar and the htpps word has a line across. The problem is most of the time fixed by updating to a newer (or older version). What is worse, a version may work on one computer, but it does not on another. I'm about to stop using this otherwise excellent browser (the best in Chromium family in my opinion), because of this late behavior. I'm not the only one affected. I have several friends, whom I introduced to Slimjet, who face exactly the same problem.
In the known issues section of this forum there is a post about something similar, but affecting Windows XP SP2. The problem is described as fixed with version 11.0.2, but for Windows XP. Neither me, nor my friends are using XP. Most of the computers are Windows 10, with a 8.1, 8, or 7 here or there.
If anybody knows a solution for this VERY annoying issue, other than upgrading or downgrading the browser version, I'll greatly appreciate the help.
