I click on the slimjet icon but it doesn't launch. I downloaded a new version twice. Google chrome works fine as well as others.
Hope someone can help. I have pc with windows 10.

click the icon twice. Don't quickly "double click" the mouse like you might do with a shortcut. But click it once, then give it a short pause and click it again.

Or, right click on the icon, then click Open. That's how I do it cause I'm a bad double clicker.
