[Moot] Ctrl+F not working
[Moot] Ctrl+F not working
I've got reports from a couple of users from Russian saying Ctrl+F is not able to bring up the mini search dialog in Slimjet 2.0. I am not able to reproduce this one so far. If anyone else can reproduce the same issue, you are welcome to discuss about it here.

Re: Ctrl+F not working
They said neither 2.0 or 2.0.0.1 worked.
I even tried it in Russian language interface and Russian keyboard. But it all worked.

Maybe it's their system? Aer russian computers made different from Americas?
Re: Ctrl+F not working
So, have they maybe assigned the Ctrl+F shortcut to something else on their computers.

Re: Ctrl+F not working
what about if they manually select it (customize and control slimjet, find)?
Also, what OS are they using (so if you are testing with W7 and they are using a different OS, even with Russian lang and kb, it's not the same)?

Re: Ctrl+F not working
possibly they were viewing a PDF file that was not searchable
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.
64 Bit SJ on Win 11

Re: Ctrl+F not working
Even if the PDF is not searchable, the search dialog should still come up. And they said 1.3 worked.
