Re: HTML video not playing in Slimjet 20 on Mac OS
Have those who've managed to get HTML video working on Linux? I'm on a Mac and video is still not working.

Check libffmpeg.dylib version: Make sure you are using a version of libffmpeg.dylib that is compatible with your version of Slimjet.

neillawrencekkd you responded to a post from 2018. I am confident that the question is stale.
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.

Following installing Slimjet 20 and replacing libffmpeg.dylib in the Framwork/ Libraies as usual, HTML videos won't play.
Some browser versions may lack proprietary codecs such as H.264 and AAC, this may be the case. Just try another browser, it has a lot of hangups. I recently noticed that I have a lot of ads in Google, I found how to block websites on mac, I carefully read https://setapp.com/how-to/block-websites-on-mac about it. Nowadays, you can get information anywhere. I am always asked how to do this or that, to which I answer: "Google it"!
Anybody got any suggestions as to how to fix this?
