Bookmarks sidebar detaches and won't close

Sometimes the bookmarks sidebar becomes detached from the browser window and won't respond to the close command. I haven't determined what
causes this.

I did just discover that if I open a new Slim Jet window when this happens, and open and close the sidebar on that window, the one on the other window reattaches and responds to the close command.
