[Fixed] Bookmarks side panel disappears

When Bookmarks side panel is manually resized all the way to the side to 0 width, it's impossible to bring it back.

confirmed....I could see this happening to someone by accident! Could not find where that width setting might reside...

For now, when it happens close slimjet and open "C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Slimjet\User Data\Default" then right click on Preferences file and open with Notepad (don't open it with wordpad, because it will break your settings), find "bookmark_panel_width": 0 and change that to something like 100. Save the file and launch Slimjet.
