While the built in proxy settings and management from the chromium project are not as user friendly as Yandex it is there and, under the hood, it is the same thing.

The difference is that Yandex is going the extra mile and adding a list of proxy servers to choose from.

What your really asking for is the built in list of proxy servers that offers encryption; the "spoofing" protection already exists you just have to do more to get it going.
