i'm intermittently getting 'page cannot load' with black icon of death.
Not sure the cause.
Any fix?
Update: this is only affecting incognito pages.
Maybe only affecting Google sites-- will keep testing.

update: this may be caused by an extension. Still testing.

Update: this seems to be caused by "Video Speed Controller" extension. When i disable this extension, this problem does not occur. So far-- will keep testing.
