So, this is problem of the sidebar.

Chrome 64bit is working magnificently for me. Tests better and faster at the html5 and Octane sites than Slimjet 64bit with the same extensions running. Slimjet, it was nice knowing you.

In Slimjet sidebar = bookmarks bar. Try to turn off sidebar.

I have something like that...
And i like my bookmark panel on the left (ctrl+I) so i dont want to close it.

i switched to "Show bookmarks bar: Visible on New Tab page only" and it helped me

This worked for me too, thanks. Using 12.0.8.0, 64bit on Win8. I've set the bookmarks bar to be visible always on top, this is something I can live with. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
