WebM video files are not playing

Is it possible to play WebM files from http://localhost/loop.webm ? its not working. when i use SlimJet, but works when i use Chromium 46 or Google Chrome 46.. 50.

For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.
