Help with an extension that is nagging me a lot

Hello folks, excuse me my English, I am Brazilian, so am not a native speaker.

I did installed an extension that is nagging me a lot.

It was from this link:

pt.videoplayerclassic.com/

I already reinstalled the browser, already cleared the cookies, I am desperate.

It stays nagging me with pages otherwise would work ok.

I cant eliminate this devil from my SlimJet, help.

If needed I give my login and password to google for examination of the problem.

I would be very happy if anyone of you power folks could help with this.

I tried delete the extension also, it don't works, the thing keeps active in the browser. =(
