Tab Refresh While Moving Between Tabs

If you have issue with the Tabs refreshing when you have not deliberately caused them to refresh the following work-a-round can be used.

set the auto reload interval to 63333 sec between reloads....bingo! problem solved....at least for the 1055 min.

This issue started happening again with Version 21.0.8.0 (based on Chromium 70.0.3538.67) (Official Build) (32-bit)
