[Moot] 5.0.10 installation weirdness

Win 8.1x64

I was using 5.0.09 and installed 10 over it.
I could run slimjet.exe directly from its install directory, but any shortcut (start menu, dragged to desktop from install directory, task bar) would result in a "class not registered" dialog box error.

Uninstalling, saving settings and reinstalling 10 seems to have fixed the issue.

Installing 5.0.12 over 5.0.10 also gives this error, with the same method of resolving.

when beginning the installation try right click on the install file and select Run As Administrator
if it is open, do not close the file folder the install file is in until after the install concludes
