Go to the side panel, then click on tne dropdown on the top of the side panel and click on "AI Chat". You can also set a toolbar button shortcut to the "AI Chat" feature.

Click on the arrow on the left of the profile account > Personalize toolbar > Drag and drop the elements that you want

FYI
I brought those Chat icons to the toolbar to make sure they functioned but it is not really necessary to have more than one icon on the toolbar for the side panel.
You can ad the toolbar icon for Side Panel which will open the side panel to the last view opened and then while open you have at the top left of the side panel a drop down selection tool that allows you to switch the panel between the available choices. That is the Icon I have on my toolbar.
However, you can do this same thing with any one of the toolbar Chat Icons as well, selecting the single one you might use the most and then use that drop down selection tool in the panel to open another view as needed. For example the browser History is one of the possible choices from the drop down selection tool in the panel .
