STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION for quick-dial buttons of bookmark folders

Starting with version 45.0.1.0 of Slimjet (I updated 44.0.6.0 to 45.0.1.0), clicking on a quick-dial button in the New Tab page leads to a STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION instead of opening the appropriate pages, if this button is configured to pin a bookmark folder.

This functionality was fine up to V44.0.6.0. I tried everything: new configuration of quick-dial button, deinstall and reinstall Slimjet, restart computer, ...
