SJ 45 download "blocked by your organization"

Hello, I'm having blocked downloads with information: "blocked by your organization" i never had such errors with any SJ portable in past, is there anything what might be done? Greetings.

Try disabling extensions. You can try them one at a time or disable most of them by opening an incognito browser instance.
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.

64 Bit SJ on Win 11
