Utility: Passage Embeddings Service - CPU load at 100%

Hi. From version 44.x Utility: Passage Embeddings Service - Loads the processor by 99% when opening any page! How to disable it??? It is not possible to use the browser!!! Help!!!

In other recent threads here, several people mention to do this :
slimjet:flags -> History Embeddings -> Disabled.
It seems to reduce this problem for some of them (not all).
