The function to open a new tab by dragging and dropping is broken [Fixed]

After updating to 41.0.1.0, the function of opening a new tab by dragging the left mouse button stopped working.
Can be corrected?

I didn't know this was a thing. However, I was able to drag different links from this website to the Title Bar and it opened the links in a new tab. So I cannot reproduce the problem. Perhaps a few other users will try.

for me too.
the action is not drag to the title bar, but just dragging a link a few cm to any side used to open the link in a new tab.
this is a big time saver feature that I use every day many times.
