SJ will not launch in Win 10 Pro

I have been using SJ (32 and 64 bit) for years and suddenly neither version will open/launch on a Win10 Pro. The app looks like it is going to open but then nothing. I have tried uninstall/reinstall with the same result. I have tried install with web and desktop install with the same result. For some time the 64bit version would not open so I moved to the 32bit which worked for awhile then it would not open. I even did a system restore to before the 32 bit problem started and this didn't help. I have looked to find the log files with no success. I use SJ on three other Win10 machines with no problems. Any ideas/suggestions.

In this case try a complete uninstallation (saying goodbye to your data) and then a reinstallation
