Hello,
every time I close and run SJ 34.0.0 it open new "what's new" tab even if I close it earlier.

That's a left-over instruction from the installation that did not get purged properly. I don't know where it is located for a manual fix, so I think the fastest and easiest way to correct it is to do an uninstall and reinstall. Be sure to download the offline installer. In my opinion, the offline installer will give better odds of having fewer installation problems.

it has been a while since I used a portable slimjet verison, but I think it also uses an installer of sorts. I would do the same with that.

Again unpacking didn't help so I go to slimjet://flags and Disabled:
