I'm running Slimjet 33.0.0.0 in portable mode under Windows 7 x64
I noticed a new weather related icon on my toolbar, between the content settings icon and the URL field. It shows "N/A" on a dark background. I tried to remove it via the Customize Toolbar option in settings, but found the two lists (Available and Current buttons) both empty. The Reset and Done buttons did nothing and I had to use the X in the top right corner to close it.
I installed a fresh copy of Slimjet and the Customize Toolbar setting worked properly, but it failed again as before as soon as I copied in my old User Data folder.
My History file shows the following entry for 3 February:
Personal Weather Station Dashboard | Weather Underground [URL deleted}
I assume this is related ro the problem. I visited Weather Underground that day but don't recall anything about installing a dashboard.
Any ideas on how I can get rid of this pest and restore functionality to toolbar customisation?

You didn't ask, but I'm going to inform you anyway. For the weather button to work you need to provide your zip code in Settings > Advanced Settings > Location. It may require a restart to get it working.
It sounds like you have an error in your old data. You may have to bite the bullet and not manually copy your data back over. And then adjust the browser settings to your preference.
When the customize feature works properly you can add and remove the icons at your leisure.
Good luck

Thanks for the reply. I finally bit the bullet and restarted from scratch, which was quite a job. After I reinstalled my addons, the problem cropped up again. By disabling addons one by one, i was able to narrow it down to noscript, even in its default settings. No big deal, as I can temporarily disable noscript if I need to change toolbar buttons.

my bad, I did not think it to be an extension problem.
