How to show Page Title in Hover tab, rather than Date?

Q: How can I show the actual page Title (or URL) in the Hover Tab behavior?
Now, when I hover over a tab, all I see is the Date and Time the page was last accessed.
Sorry, I posted this in Usage first, but no response after a week. And it may actually be a bug.
Using latest build, currently Running 32 bit SlimJet 43.0.9.0 on Win 10 Home on Intel i3 with 8 gb RAM.

I typically don't reply if I don't have a clue :)
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.

Would someone please confirm that I am NOT the only one who experiences this problem with the Title NOT showing up when I hover over the TAB. I seem to recall others who were seeing the Title just fine.
In fairness, there do seem to be a few sites where I can see the Title, like Facebook and SysNative.
But Google, Amazon, eBay and Vimeo all not showing the Title.
