Fully disable ad blocker by modify configure file?

I use xubuntu 18.04, I disabled adblocker via setting in slimjet, but it not disable adblock fully (11% ads are still blocked in ad blocker test) and the adblocker is disabled fully if I add a site to whitelist (I don't want do that with each site which I access :) ). How to fully disable it by modify configure file of slimjet?
