change browser, same link, first track, all work fine...

update your sound card drivers. as an option

The audio clips on that page do not work with Vivaldi, Slimjet, or Brave (all chromium browsers). They do work with Safari, Pale Moon, and SeaMonkey.

Just tried it and it works for me in both Slimjet and Brave.

You might have an extension problem.
