Is there some method to view or delete individual cookies?
Firefox definitely has this, though you have to dig a bit.
Thank you.

Re: Cookie control
On a website your currently viewing you can click the lock icon to the left of the URL and then select Cookies from the dropdown to view and remove individual cookies set by the website. If that doesn't help you may need to look at getting an extension with the capability you seek. A less than desirable solution, from my perspective, would be to locate the actual file folder the cookies are in and have at it.

Re: Cookie control
You can access cookie data from Preferences. As a shortcut, I bookmarked Site Data: chrome://settings/siteData. That gives me instant access. To control the cookie settings for sites, I use the extension Policy Control.
