Allocating space

I'm trying to upgrade from 25.0.0.0 portable to 25.0.9.0 on a W7x64 PC. I'm stuck permanently "Allocating space"

Any suggestions?

This sounds like an issue with your operating system or hardware. You might want to ask this on a forum dedicated to specific assistance for Win7.
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.

Not having a problem, but I will note that Slimjet like any Chromium browser does create an unintuitively large number of processes.
