Up to version 12.0.4.0 and the issue persists. For grins I am going to change the setting to check at every program load. But I doubt it will make any difference.

Now that you mention relocate I guess I could just download to desktop and drag and drop to my download folder when done. Explorer will overwrite it for me.

Try going to settings and turning off the built in turbo charged download manager if it is turned on. Speaking of turbo download manager, is there a way to get it to overwrite files instead of doing the filename(1).zip routine? The overwrite downloads extension does not work with the turbo download...

I just updated to the new release 10.0.6.0. Same problem. I had to go to slimjet.com to see if there was an update.
