Why hasn't been there any response to this? Am unable to use EagleGet or Slimjet because of this. Please do fix this bug.

I did what you said, but it doesn't help. EagleGet automatically installs itself on all browsers after installation. I even ticked the option to reset all user preferences during EagleGet installation but didn't help. I tried to enable EagleGet in Slimjet which was disabled in the extensions section...

I will try that. But this shouldn't happen in the first place because it doesn't happen on other Chromium browsers irrespective of the order you install. Especially when EagleGet is a really popular IDM-like download manager. Anyway I'll get back to you on that.
