Slimjet stopped working on 32 bit netbook[WORK-AROUND]
Posted: Mon May 16, 2016 7:57 am
Slimjet was working fine on my netbook with 32 bit Linux since v7.0.?,
until I updated to slimjet-i386-905. Now it refuses to start.
I have tried 907, 906, 905, 904, 805, to no avail.
I don't know what has changed? This is what I see:As user it segfaults;
as root it gives the error.
My machine specs:
Thanks for listening. I would really like to get slimjet running again on 32-bit Linux.
The last thing I did was in Options.
I had copied in some directions/paths for the the memory or somewhere.
I realized that there was and error of a double backslash, "//", and I corrected it.
At least I thought I did. After that it quit.
Where might that config file be hiding?
I have purged, reinstalled several times, but something is still wrong.
At least Firefox and Vivaldi work fine.
