Turbodownload is not completing download...

Have been trying to download the v9060 of slimjet_amd64.deb without success.
I am still running the v9050 32bit Deb Package(.deb) even though downloading
the 64 bit deb for another installation.
Below, it has exceeded the actual file size but still runs,
without any information of percent downloaded. Below, almost double the actual file size and it stops with no information. and now the downloaded file keeps on growing even though I restarted. Problem could be my very spotty ISP but Turbodownloader has been
working marvelously for me since about v7030 with the same off and on
internet service on this same 32 bit installtion.
My system is as follows:
