Unable to see GIFs on Facebook now.

Hello,
I use Windows 10 64 bit and I recently started using Slimjet (updated this morning to 9.0.5.0).
One problem I have is that I can no longer see the short films people post as .GIF files on Facebook.
All I see is a blank square with a circle saying ".GIF" in it.
When I click the circle, the square goes completely blank, and when clicked again, the circle re-appears.
There is also a URL at the bottom where the GIF was posted from, and that opens the GIF in a popup.
Has anyone else experienced this?
And, even better, does anyone know how I can make the GIFs start normally like in other browsers?
Thank you.
