This happened yesterday, repeatedly, and I uninstalled completely and re-installed (4.0.15.0).

Now, it's happening again this morning. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Slimjet 4.0.15.0 on Windows 10

happened once again last night while surfing the web.

I went to:

c: Program Files > Slimjet

to create a new user profile

and re-named the default folder to backup default

Anything else I need to do? Thanks!

send the crash file to the developers

http://www.slimjet.com/en/onlinefb.htm

the crash file will be located in your data location; mine is here

C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppData\Local\Slimjet\User Data\Crash Reports

Thanks... will do after I find it.

The funny thing with Windows 10 on this pc is that it doesn't show an AppData.

It's C:\Users\[USER NAME]\ and then

Contacts
Desktop
Documents
Downloads
Music
One Drive
etc. .... all generic folders

That because its a hidden file which was probably reset to hidden when you installed windows 10.
Control panel....Folders.... view......show all files/folders is the short gist of it.

That fixed it..... thanks dev!!

For the record here's how I got there:
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Show hidden files and folders > click on Show hidden files, folders and drives > Apply and OK

The Crash Reports file was empty.

It's been working fine since I created a new user profile earlier today. Probably a corrupted profile.

I consider this one closed now.

Thank you all for your help!!
