when I download from firefox, ie, chrome, new opera they running around 300kb-400kb
even you've download extension it helps nothing. Only solution is use up with download manager software

Chrome is multi-process and thus not supposed to save RAM.
If your download speed is always much slower than your internet, there's something else wrong…
You aren't confusing mbit/s and mB/s?
You may include
http://www.palemoon.org/ in your browser tests.
It's a cleaned-up Firefox fork.

Nope my slimbrowser always download speeds around 700kb-800kb/secs some files 1mb-1.3mb/secs
The speed is stable and never drop. These days I mostly use slimbrowser to download FOSS treasures.
I like multi-section download manager from slimbrowser I want this equip on Slimjet.
The default download manager from chrome engine & firefox sometimes doesn't download complete 100%
They need to rely download manager software while slimbrowser & slimboat don't.
This is why I concern about slimjet because the default download manager same as chrome now.
About palemoon don't worry It's already in my list I've my forum account over there.
I've Slimboat. Slimbrowser(Windows), Slimjet, Chrome. Ffirefox, Palemoon, QtWeb, Midori
to test on my linux distro & windows 10.
