Mouse wheel does not open bookmarks in the sidebar

In version 38.0.9.0, I have many tabs with subdirectories, but the mouse wheel does not open bookmarks from the sidebar. It was also noticed that when deleting some directories with bookmarks, the mouse wheel starts working. Tested on Windows 7 and 11. However, earlier versions of Slimjet do not have this bug. Since this is the latest version to support Windows 7, is there a solution to this problem?
