In the past I used to click on download video, it would play beautifully no drama, now all I can get is the picture NO SOUND, I have noticed during the download it speeds along at a rate that I just know it just wont work. The "Downloaded Jobs" has a check mark in it, so I have no idea why it's not working anymore?
