38.0.7.0 thru at least 39.0.1.0: auto-hide (top) bookmark option visibility problem

If you use a darker theme like:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... cedoajdimg
And use Show bookmark bar on "Auto hide on top"
Then your bookmark bar will not be readable.
Workarounds:
1) Revert to builds before 38.0.7.0
2) or set the bookmark bar another way, like Visible on New Tab page only
