What's the right approach for making a backup of all my Slimjet-memorized logins--usernames and passwords--in case my hard drive or this computer dies? (which almost happened recently). And how to then use that on the new computer I acquire?

Export passwords in CSV and store it in a drive (USB Device, Google Drive...)

Why not just back up the whole profile?

If that's the right way to do it, OK. How do I do that?

And then how would I use that profile on a new computer?

Or get a small journal book and write all your email addresses with you account name and passwords. Perfect for those who has a PC crash.

I will disappoint you (probably), but there is no option to make a full backup of a browser profile (in the browser options, you can do this manually by searching the Slimjet profiles in the hard drive) (only Favorites and Password etc... separately)

Find out where the profile is and back it up by copying it to somewhere else. Search for a folder named Slimjet and choose one containing subfolders called Crashpad, Default, PKIMetadata (and many others). A folder with those contents is the profile.
