Shortcuts on new PC don't work

Recently I replaced my 8 year old laptop (Windows 10) with a new desktop with Windows 11. I have all these shortcuts which I have saved on the laptop (win10) but they will not work with the new PC (again Win11). Is there anyway to import them over or convert them to Win 11 working shortcuts? OR am I just screwed? Of course I installed the latest Slimjet on the new desktop.
