Duplicated (and conflicting?) functions - Memory manager/saver

Hello,
I notice that in the version 38 of Slimjet, two functions appear that seem to be duplicated and that can possibly create conflicts:
Memory saver integrated naively in Chrome
Memory saver proposed by Slimjet
I think that one of the two duplicated functions must disappear from the browsers (I have a preference for the one proposed by Slimjet because it also allows to automatically delete the inactive tabs, and thus the memory manager (and saver) proposed by Slimjet must remain !)
