Right away I noticed that the one I use (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... cedoajdimg) looks different now: the bookmark bar is a different shade than before. Not sure why that would be, since wouldn't that be fixed per the theme? To double-check, I tried it in Chrome and it still looks right there.

It seems to be related to bookmark autohide: if you disable that, the coloring is correct. An odd bug but a new one.

I think it's all added themes, since others I've tried, such as Slate, show the same issue.
