Browser will not launch on Win 10

I've been a longtime user of SJ but, yesterday, for some reason it would not launch. Multiple attempts, from the taskbar as well as directly from the file system, failed to launch it.
I have since uninstalled, downloaded the latest version and reinstalled it but, am seeing the same thing.
I haven't been able to find anything in event viewer that would help me determine why it is failing now after all this time, nor have I even seen an SlimJet blip in task manager when attempting to launch it.
This is a Windows 10 Pro machine
OS Build 19044.2075
The behavior is quite odd, as I also have, on the same machine, Edge, Chrome, IE and Vivaldi browsers running without issue.
I'm stumped as to what might be going on.
I have located the SJ crash reports and can provide them if anyone can help.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
