Glitch effect on some animation

Hello,
I noticed a bug that can spoil the visual experience:
On some animations, it can occur a glitch effect very unpleasant to see, I attach a capture that I made:

This bug can ruin the visual experience of a user, especially since it is not limited to the CyberLink site (taken as an example).
