I previously reverted to 29 because of all the bugs.

Crashed on restart, but I soldiered on after reporting the incident.
The deal killer cookie clearing bug is apparently fixed, though I didn't test all possible combinations.
The memory hog thing is still an issue.
Very slow responding especially closing multiple tabs.
Back to 29 for now. Will wait for 31 before trying again.
