More than three days later and not a peep from Slimjet on a 'Make or Break' issue: 'no youtube sound'.

I will be migrating to Waterfox.
Yeah, whatever works right?

These days, you cannot count on any one browser to work all the time everytime no matter which browser it is. I typically always have 3 different browsers installed. And I can usually find one of them working on a problematic webpage situation.
In use:

Slimjet --
My primary browser.

Brave --
In general a rather clunky Chromium variant, but it has OK ad blocking built in.
Can handle torrents and play media from torrents in browser.
The 'Tor' feature does not work well.
If you want it to be secure, you will need to be extra clever about the settings.

Tor --
'Nuff said.

Other:

Lynx -- Just because.
http://lynx.browser.org/

Firefox --
I have retained the capability of re-installing Firefox 28 and putting everything as it was when I abandoned Firefox.

Tried and rejected (past five years only):

Chrome
Pale Moon

Primary
Has been Slimbrowser then Slimjet for a very long time

Secondary is shared by 2 browsers; equal use
Firefox and Vivaldi
For those of you who wear aluminum foil hats, the voices lie, don't believe them!
Mostly my replies are about Windows OS. If not I try to remember to specify Linux.

Removed Vivaldi.

Not awful, but doesn't really bring anything to my existing mix of browsers.

1º SJ why? for the magic button "upload from clipboard" used for paste a screenshot taked with "Ctrl+UP arrow+S"
only SJ has this magic button
Image
2º Empy     I tested: FF this is actual 2º for the moment, before MyPal (excellent but not has this magic button and addons are a little little poor but excellent browser),
3º's: a lot of browsers taken from http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Browsers/ a lot... yandex, opera, vivaldi, maxthon watefox, sea monkey, brave, etc... a lot

Not Slimjet (or any browser), but this is what I use for screenshots:

Tiene la capacidad de poner automáticamente una captura en un archivo.
Puede especificar el tipo de archivo (jpg, gif, ...) .

It has the capability of automatically dumping a screenshot to a file.
You can specify the file type (jpg, gif, ...).

yes I use it for FF but magic button is different: with this button we don`t need to create a file
con este boton no necesitas crear un archivo simplemente lo pega directamente donde corresponda... es una gran ventaja no se te llena una carpeta con capturas anteriores....

Reverted to version 29, but Slimjet is still my primary.
Version 30 breaks a lot of stuff that used to work. I diagnose not enough regression testing.

Version 29 works well for me, including my customization.
Waiting for the next major revision before I would consider switching.

Updated to Slimjet 32 after having reverted to 29 for various problems.

See that other thread I just started. https://www.slimjet.com/en/forum/viewto ... f=5&t=3084

FWIW, Brave had some hiccups lately too, but is also all straightened out now.
