Don't show floating url in full screen mode?

OS: Windows 7
Browser: Slimjet 24.0.6.0 (latest and greatest as of this posting).
What is "Don't show floating url in full screen mode" ?
I can detect no difference.

I've looked it up on the 'net, read the explanations, tried it both ways again flipping back and forth from full screen.
I still see no difference and have no idea what's supposed to happen.

Exactly the same here, looking it up and testing, still no clue.

My best guess is that it is a URL float when you switch full-screen/windowed video mods on youtube etc. Can't try myself at the moment because I'm at work

What do you mean by floating URL? If I go to full screen, the URL is where I expect it to be - in the address bar.

Same here both ways.
The right question is what do
they mean by floating URL?
If I knew that, maybe I could figure out what is
supposed to happen even if I can't get it to work.
The only thing I can think of, is it might be something relevant to some other platform than the one I have.
